- You cancel a hosting or email service within 30 days and no custom work or domain registration has been completed.

- Website design services once work has started
- Hosting plans canceled after 30 days

- Digital products or third-party tools/licenses purchased on your behalf
- Sale or discounted packages

- Early cancellation of annual hosting plans (with deduction for months used)
- Unused portions of prepaid services
